Prices
Prices for all products on our website are in American($) and include GST (10%). Hardysteelereserves the right to alter prices for any reason. Hardysteelewill provide "Tax Invoices" in the prescribed form for all accepted orders.
Items that don't arrive as advertised
If you receive an item that is broken or not as advertised, it can be returned for a full refund. Hardysteele can also issue a partial refund, as agreed upon between you and the Seller. Within 72 hours of receiving the item, click "Mark as Received" OR "Accept or Reject Item" on the swap page, then "No, Not as Advertised", and explain your dispute.
